Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, your card will be pre-authorised but not yet charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate production / shipment. Once that is confirmed, we'll process the payment and your order will be processed for production / dispatched straight away. If there is any foreseeable delay, such as an item being on backorder (out of stock but due to be in very soon), we will void the pre-authorisation on your payment card and get in touch promptly to let you know.



Charges & Delivery

Charges

Delivery is FREE on all items to mainland UK.

That said, there are special occasions where we require an additional fee to deliver up or down stairs, or to remote locations such as Highlands, due to the excessive weight or difficult dimensions of certain products. These charges differ per product and can be found in the dropdown menu on each product page.

Delivery


For stock pre-made products, once your order has been placed and stock confirmed, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. For custom-made products, once your order has been placed, we will charge your card and your order will processed for production promptly, with delivery expected between 1 and 8 weeks. We’ll also send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 4 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@thehomegamescompany.com so that we can help.

Upon delivery of the goods, you will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. Where Goods are installed on Delivery, you are required to inspect the Goods before signing the delivery note.

Missed Deliveries

For deliveries that do not include large furniture, a games table or an arcade machine, the courier will leave a card and you can attempt to re-arrange delivery directly. If you do not do this and the order is returned, you are obliged to pay the delivery fee again.

For deliveries that include large furniture, a games table or an arcade machine and the use of a specialist courier, failure to be available to accept a pre-arranged delivery will result in a second delivery fee being imposed upon you for re-delivery at a new date and time.

 

International Deliveries

We will gladly ship our products to international customers. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote for you on request, per order.

If you are happy with the proposed quote, we will prepare an order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.


Damages


Please inspect all items thoroughly at the point of delivery, as of course, we advise that you don't accept delivery of any damaged items. Items that are delivered faulty / damaged will be arranged for collection and credit/refund/replacement where appropriate.

If on the rare occasion that this is the case, and you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@thehomegamescompany.com immediately so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
