Refund Policy
Individual / Personal Buyers (not a business)
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal. For faulty products, you can do this without having to pay penalties.
Any exceptions to this rule will be detailed in either the product description or this Refund Policy.
Business Buyers
Business buyers have a standard 3 day period to exercise their right to return a non-faulty product (relevant costs are incurred to the buyer, detailed below). More information on Damaged/Faulty products can be found below under Damages and Issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (and hence all ownership and risk will remain yours) and may incur further costs to you in redirecting items to the correct address, so please do follow the steps correctly.
You then have a period of 14 days from the exercise of your right to cancel to return the products via the agree method accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt. The risks associated with returning the product(s) are your responsibility until receipt is taken by The Home Games Company or any of its suppliers.
Costs of returning any product, determined by either The Home Games Company or their relevant supplier depending on their preferred courier and deinstallation team, are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is deemed faulty. As such, refunds for non-faulty goods will be minus initial delivery where it was not included for free, deinstallation and return shipping fees, and restocking/repackaging costs where applicable, all at the discretion of The Home Games Company and/or its suppliers. * Note: The large, often bespoke nature, and complex installation process associated with pool tables and arcade machines mean that total return costs can be considerable.
*Where possible, we of course want to minimise any costs and inconvenience linked to returns on both your part and ours, so if you are unsure about a product when ordering online, for any reason, just give us a call and we'll talk it through with you to make sure your table(s) or machine(s) is/are just perfect for your home or business.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Buffalo Pool Tables:
Returns are valid on this range of tables for 14 days as opposed to 30 days. All other terms apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following contact with us and approval of the return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
